    Rated 1 von 5 von aus What did you do to Confidence in a Cream?! Horrible! This was my favorite moisturizer for close to 10 years. Why did you "improve" the formula? It is horrible now. A perfumey scent has replaced the light & clean original. The texture is rather gell-ish instead of the oiginal creamy and well absorbed formula, and it does not absorb well or moisturize like the original. I got a sample jar with my purchase of the new formula thankfully and after using the sample jar, I returned the full-sized jar I purchased. The beauty salesperson told me when I returned the jar that the formulas are not usually "improved" to be better, but to save money. I think she's correct in this case. What a shame.

This cream is no longer what it was, so you're basically lying by marketing it under the same name and properties as the original. My face has broken out pretty badly using this new formula, and I gave it 3 weeks in hopes that my skin would get used to it, but my face is starting to get itchy now. I'm so disappointed, Bring back the original and give this new one its own name and stats rather than treating women like we're too stupid to know the difference. I freaking hate it when companies do this, ugh. It's different, give it a different name!

    Rated 1 von 5 von aus Terrible new formulation. I bought the original product religiously. I loved how it made my skin look and feel and it did not have a scent to it. It was also so great under make up. This new formula is awful. I’m so disappointed. The scent is terrible and who likes to put scented products on their face?! It feels just like any other product now. Nothing special at all. I’m now not using it on my face but since it was so much money, I will use it up on my legs or arms and go on a search for another product. You really should bring the original formula back. You made a huge mistake changing it and whoever said that was a good idea does not know your loyal customer and should get fired.

    Rated 2 von 5 von aus Bad skin reaction to new formula I have been using the original formula for years, I figured the new change wouldn’t be that noticeable. Wrong. My face has been experiencing severe dryness and irritation and redness. I never experienced this issue before. The new formulas also seems to have a very floral like scent. I am very disappointed because I loved the original, but now I have a brand new, large bottle of something I hate. I definitely did not expect such a reaction, being that all the other products I use from the company are amazing. I will definitely be looking for a new face cream. Don’t know why companies feel the need to change a good thing. Make a new one but keep the original.

Went to the website today to purchase my next jar and was surprised to see there's been a change made to the formula of what I feel was the perfect moisturizer and believe me, I've tried MANY! I started reading about the new ingredients and the reviews and I know my skin will not like the change. I will not be ordering based on this new information. I've never understood why companies take a perfectly good product and mess with it. If you think it needs improvement why not create a new product and leave the older one alone and continue to sell it for those of us who love it?

    Rated 1 von 5 von aus I Miss the Old Formula, it used to be amazing I have used this cream for many years during winter and it has always made my skin so soft and moisturizer. I bought it this year again and it made my skin dry and tight. I kept using it and changed my other products thinking maybe it was reacting with those. My skin kept getting drier and itchy then I suddenly ended up getting an allergic reaction and red marks appeared up on my neck. I stopped using the product and the marks stayed and even spread. I did some research I realized they changed the formula. Whatever they did to the new formula does not work with my skin. I have switched to CeraVe to moisturize and aquaphor on my marks until my skin calms down again

My skin stings and burns when I put it on. I thought it was a fluke and tried some different cream I had on hand for a few nights, then back to the new Confidence in a Cream formula. Again, stinging, burning, and redness. I’m not sure how you went from a product that was suitable for sensitive skin to something that triggers all of the sensitivity flares, but holy moly. Buyer beware. This is not suitable for sensitive skin anymore whatsoever. Stop changing formulas that worked.

    Rated 2 von 5 von aus Rolled on my skin [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try the Confidence in a Cream Super Charged but sadly it didn't work for my skin, I'm not sure if its because of the new formulation or just my combo skin. I incorporated it in with my other skincare and it rolled on my skin, so I tried using it alone and the same thing happened even using a very thin layer and definitely didn't work under my makeup. Even using just on my neck & décolletage the same thing, I think it just didn't agree with my skin. The scent is a light lemon-citrus smell, that does linger lightly. I think it may work well very drier skin types.
