If you are applying to your hair, warm it up and then gently rub it into the ends of your hair. You can also apply it to your hair and scalp as a hair mask. Just let it sit for an hour or more, and then wash it out with shampoo. Dab it on your face to highlight your cheekbones with a natural glow, or apply under your eyes to help with dark circles and dehydrated tissue. Gently apply over wet skin after a shower or bath for all-over hydration.

Underwhelmed
I bought this on the advice of friends to help with my eczema. If was really disappointing for the price. It just sits on the skin and stays there. Even when my skin was as parched as it’s ever been!

Miracle
This is fab. Great for making psoriasis soft and less itchy. Also great for dry cuticles. Can pretty much use this on anything. I always make sure I've got on on my dressing table. It is quite greasy so I tend to use this over night

Love love love
I have been using this for years . U can use it to take off waterproof mascara and it leaves my skin so soft. If one of the kids has a fry patch of skin Wack a bit on. Dry cuticles - blob it on! One pot lasts me about 10 months
