**Complaint:** I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience with Roborock customer support and their warranty service for my Roborock S7Max Ultra robot vacuum (SN: R50NBD33200322). I have been experiencing an issue where the robot is not filling its water reservoir, preventing it from mopping properly. After several troubleshooting steps with their support team, I was told I need to send the device in for repair, which I agreed to. However, Roborock has stated that while they will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover repair costs, I am responsible for finding and providing a suitable box for shipping. I do not have the original packaging, and their support team has refused to provide a replacement box. This requirement was not mentioned in the warranty documents or online information I reviewed. Requiring a customer to purchase a custom box for a warranty repair on a $1,000 product is unreasonable and goes against the expected level of customer service. I believe this violates the terms of the warranty agreement. While I appreciate the offer to waive the shipping fee, the lack of support in providing suitable packaging is unacceptable. I have requested that a manager contact me directly to resolve this issue, but the response was simply that they will not provide a box. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and feel that Roborock's customer service has significantly declined. I am considering escalating this issue to government authorities and sharing my experience on social media platforms to warn other potential customers.

This is the email i sent to the contact Irene. Absolute disappointment, nothing advertised that it would help do, did it do. So it seems they are up to just taking people's money for a promise that never was going to happen. It doesn't work ladies. Flood their post with the truth! I am. I read this and pondered over it. My first thought, if these products didn't work for me, what makes them think I'd order anything else; let alone want a store credit. Secondly, a rating would not be the best thing for me to give to your company, at this moment. I don't need a 20% off coupon because I don't plan on buying anything else. It would not make sense to me to be disappointed again. The over all business aspect seeing that I can send product back, which I will, but my dollars are stuck with your company. I would like the name of the CEO who thought of this ingenious idea. I looked at so many videos before I even made this purchase. I was praying this would not be another let down due to the urgency of me needing a product that states it would make you look like this and that, looking awesome in your clothes, AND IT DID NOT... it truly disappointed. So my review is above. I will copy it to the BBB, trust pilot and every add that I see for your product. You are spreading lies, false advertisement and false hope. Even if I lose out, I'll still send it back for you to destroy, resell and/or do whatever with. Have a great and blessed day!

Damn, wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order, I placed an order this morning, kept checking for confirmation, eventually called them after an hour, they had to look up the address and confirmed they had received the order and it would be dispatched today, got a confirmation email at 2pm saying Order was in transit, then just got a call 45 minutes later saying it would not be delivered today and I could choose a complimentary item to add to the order - today is my daughters birthday, now I'm really pissed off!!!! Have never ordered flowers online before, but will definitely never order again.

Their phone service waiting times can be long. Sometimes I have had to wait for over an hour. Sometimes their touch phone system is unreliable when pressing the number key to get to the right department. I have experienced waiting over an hour and when someone finally picks up, it's time for me to go for another meeting and I request a call back. They then say they cannot do this. I tried using their "call back" feature instead of holding on and they did call me back within an hour so that was a better experience, hence I have upgraded my star level.

Absolutely terrible service, although you "book" your tickets ahead, they don't try to secure the tickets until less than 24 hours before departure, at which point there aren't any tickets. We "booked" two sets of tickets (Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Hanoi) and on both legs they weren't able to provide tickets, telling us less that 12 hours before the departure time. This has added a lot of stress, additional cost and disruption. Don't use them.

It took a while to get the shirts. When finally received, you could tell this was not great quality ( well it was cheap, so maybe I should not have had high hopes). The sizing is also completely off; I ordered Small and they all look like a Large. I email the company and they offer me a 20% refund and to keep the shirts- Returns are not accepted for wrong size order… I would not recommend

I purchased several belts and a pair of Brighton tassle loafers in ox blood colour. The craftsmanship, fit and finish on all my purchases have been outstanding. I have been a customer of Loakes for many years and have never been let down by their highly professional and dedicated team. I can wholly recommend Loakes for outstanding quality and value.

I loved the design and the fit of the dress—it made me feel so elegant!The material is nice, and the dress looks well-made.However, the color was slightly different from what I expected based on the pictures, but still beautiful.With a little alteration, it was perfect. I would recommend Ballbellas, just be sure to check the sizing chart carefully.

Love my case. Kept an eye on everytime they dropped new cases so I could find the perfect one. As soon as I saw it, knew it was it. I jumped on it and am so happy now that it's in my hands. It's more beautiful than pictures, fit my phone perfectly and while I haven't had to test the protection of the case, it feels pretty sturdy.

I wouldn't even give this a one-star rating. What a total piece of junk. Instead of a beautiful sweater, it's a blurry print on fabric that barely resembles what their site shows. Total trash. I wouldn't even take it to Goodwill after opening it. So disappointing. Don't trust these people.
