How can I cancel my BahnCard?

You can cancel your BahnCard up to six weeks before the end of the validity period in two ways:

Simply use your customer account:

  1. Log in to your customer account via bahn.de or in the DB Navigator app.
  2. Under "BahnCard" you can find out whether you can cancel.
  3. If cancellation is possible, confirm by clicking "Cancel BahnCard".
