Ich würde gerne 5 Sterne vergeben wollen, denn das Medikament hilft bei Beschwerden, wenn es denn verschlossen bei mir angekommen wäre. Stattdessen finde ich eine deformierte, geöffnete und beschädigte Verpackung vor. Eigentlich bin ich ziemlich Tolerant diesbezüglich, aber bitte nicht bei Arzneimitteln. Normalerweise würde ich die Ware postum zurücksenden, leider ist das bei Medikamenten nicht möglich. Update vom 31.05.2024: Ich habe heute eine Entschuldigungsemail und einen Retourschein bekommen. Ich darf das Mittel gegen Kostenerstattung oder Ersatzlieferung zurückschicken. Dies habe ich auch getan und erwarte nunmehr meine neue Lieferung. Aufgrund der Reaktion des Verkäufers ändere ich daher meine Sterne von einen auf vier.
