ESPRESSO CARAMEL BROWNIE CHOCTAIL

INGREDIENTS

For 4 drinks

8 cl Mozart Chocolate Coffee

4 cl Cream with a pinch of vanilla sugar

2 teaspoon Caramel sauce

1 teaspoon Cocoa powder

MIXING

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker or any clean jar and stir well until the caramel and cocoa powder have been completely dissolved. Add ice cubes and mix it well. Strain the drink into the Mozart Espresso Glass. Top with ground coffee beans.

Chocolate Mocha Magic cocktail

CHOCOLATE MOCHA MAGIC

INGREDIENTS

For 1 drink

5 cl Mozart Chocolate Coffee

20 cl Whole milk

2 cl Caramel syrup

3 tablespoon Vanilla icecream

1 tablespoon Almond cream

MIXING

Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix well. Strain the choctail into a large glass jar. Top with whipped cream and garnish with toffee candy, coffee beans with chocolate coating and almond cookie crumbles. Top it all with almond cookies.

Coffee Amaretto Hot Chocolate Drink

COFFEE AMARETTO HOT CHOC

INGREDIENTS

For 1 drink

5 cl Mozart Chocolate Coffee

10 cl Whole milk

1 cl Caramel syrup

1 cl Amaretto

MIXING

Heat the milk, caramel syrup and amaretto. Pour into a glass suitable for serving hot drinks. Add Mozart Chocolate Coffee and stir well. Top with whipped cream and decorate with ground coffee beans.

    This is deliciously chocolatey, and packs a moderate punch alongside.

    It's quite sweet though, so you couldn't drink too much of it, I don't think - might be nice mixed in with a smooth brandy or a decent whiskey to even out the sweetness a little, with a splash of cream thrown in, and some chinking ice cubes.

    I can also picture it warming a winter coffee or hot chocolate – or perhaps poured over coffee or vanilla ice-cream, or maybe a coffee granita in the Summer. 😋

    Bottle smaller than I'd anticipated - it's 500ml and the bowl of the bottle is about the size of a large grapefruit, if anyone's expecting a Bailey's size bottle to arrive.

    It's quite a pleasing shape – though rather inexplicably shrouded in a pearlised, chocolate-coloured foil jacket. Underneath, the bottle is clear.

    I purchased this to add to home made coffee ice cream - the alcohol helps prevent iciness. We managed to make one batch but once it was opened, it quickly disappeared! A really delicious chocolatey coffee flavour, with a rich boozy aftertaste. The covering on the bottle means you cannot see how much is left, and it is a really silly/awkward shape considering they recommend you keep it in the fridge once opened. Much, much too easy to drink, but we were really only following instructions as it recommends consumption very quickly after opening!!!

    Thought I'd give this a go as I'm a big Baileys fan and have been meaning to try some new liqueurs.

    Whilst this was nice (I just had it straight but will try it in a coffee later), it was nowhere near as nice as Baileys and at way more than twice the price currently (£13.99 for 500ml of this compared to £10 for 1000ml of Baileys) its value per litre is really bad.
