We loved the availability of good restaurants and a large supermarket not far from the town centre. We enjoyed the history of the area (Roman and Art) and the natural features of the surrounding areas of Provence.

We only stayed for 4 nights, it was not enough, wish it could have been a couple of weeks. The area is beautiful and tranquil, felt so relaxed there, yet there is also so much to do. Although only a short stay we took a boat trip in the Carmague (from St Marie sur Mer) stopped at Arles to see the Coliseum, visited Pont Gard, walked on the bridge at Avignon, followed the Van Gogh trail and explored Glanum. On our way back to Nice we stopped at Aix. Good food and wine was always close by and the people we met most friendly. Would love to return one day.

St.Remy is the kind of town that you fall in love with.
St.Remy is the kind of town that you fall in love with. There are so many restaurants to choose from and all of them are really good. The people of St.Remy are friendly and helpful and for the shoppers there is something different for everyone in the beautiful little streets of St.Remy.
The walk-about tour of Vincent van Gogh is lovely to experience.

St Remy is a gorgeous village in Provence, with lots of little lanes to get lost in and plenty of lovely shops and restaurants to visit and keep you entertained. A must on a visit is the free walking tour of the sights that inspired van Gogh which finishes at Saint-Paul Asylum - where he self-admitted himself. It is also a great place from which to explore the surrounding countryside and villages

Market day was fabulous, and restaurants though a couple of restaurants wouldnt allow us to share meals, being older people our appetities are smaller and while if they were full could understand but when restaurant not even half full felt that was being a bit precious. Otherwise people friendly and helpful, our hotel "Melody" were very helpful and welcoming. Loved the small viiages up in the hills we visited
People driving though should be more considerate and stop tail gating please.

We loved St. Remy.
We loved St. Remy. The Wednesday market was our favorite of all the markets we visited in Provence. We enjoyed visiting the asylum Van Gogh lived for a year, we drove to Les Baux, which was an easy drive and distance, and we enjoyed the restaurants.

We had a corner suite with a separate seating area. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was on the small side, but had a very good shower and everything one would need. Breakfast was very good and the hostess very accommodating in setting up outside if you preferred having breakfast outdoors. The hotel location for us was perfect: easy to get in and out of town, yet close enough to walk into town for dinner, shopping, sightseeing. A very good restaurant is just yards away. Parking was an added bonus.
The hotel is in an excellent location, a few minutes walking distance to the middle of town. The exterior of the hotel is very pretty and there is a nice outside dining area where we ate breakfast when the sun was shining. The breakfast was great, we thought it was a bit expensive (€14 pp) but there was so much food and a great variety so definitely good value for money. The pool was cold but refreshing. The hosts were very friendly.
The property is set in a semi-rural environment. The unit was comfortable and claen and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay, including a tasty Continental breakfast. The host was very friendly and interesting to talk too, and kindly drove us to our next hotel as we were unable to book a taxi due to them being too busy. We fully recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The location was good -- very close to the main part of town. Easy parking, nice room, and very good breakfast (at a reasonable extra cost). The hotel was able to provide gluten free bread for my celiac husband and offered simple omelettes and bacon made to order in addition to the continental breakfast of breads, cheese/ham, yogurt, etc.
This hotel was incredible! It defines Provence and french charm like no other place we stayed. I highly recommend staying here. It is mere steps to restaurants, cafes and bars. The courtyard and breakfast were lovely. Finally, the room is spacious, comfortable and simply beautiful. It was a postcard memory for us!
This was one of our favorite hotels! It is decorated in an eclectic style, feels accommodating to both adults and kids, has wonderful amenities, and boasts a beautiful outdoor pool and patio. The breakfast was also filling and delicious. Honestly, you couldn’t ask for more from a place. Highly recommended!
I really believe this is one of the best hotels in the South of France. I come to this place for quite some time and the place is magical. The staff is friendly and competent and the food is simply divine. The pool is placed in an immense garden and there is a service for drinks
It’s charming and cozy with a nice outdoor area to sit and parking. The rooms are small, modern and functional. Everything is very clean. This hotel is a good choice if you come to Saint Rémy and want to be near the center of the village. It’s only a 5-minute walk.
Amazing hotel with a beautiful pool. Rooms were comfortable with nice air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious. The shuttle is available to go into and out of town, which is close enough to walk, but in the heat of summer, a welcomed amenity!
immaculately clean, rooms were large, very nicely decorated, great air conditioning, hotel manager (Lila) and the maid who worked on Tues, Thurs, and Sunday, were great hosts…Would love to return and will recommend others…
A beautifully renovated estate just outside st. remy. Breakfast and dinner were amazing, the rooms were classic and comfortable. The team running the hotel were extremely friendly, very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
Disregard the 3 star rating of this hotel, it's better than most 4 star hotels we have been to.
It's relaxed, great pool area and big rooms all within walking distance of Saint Remy.
Lovely hotel with really nice facilities. Especially the outdoor seating area. Short walk to the village .
Nice balcony and views of the hills
Lovely staff , especially Sophie .
