It's a beautiful pan (I got it in red) and so far... has made a splendid chicken casserole and a heap of rice dishes. It distributes heat evenly, with minimal sticking. Most of all, it's an absolute dream to clean. Even the most baked on residues come off with a light wipe if you just put the dish in hot soapy water.
One thing I wish I'd known however is DO NOT USE OLIVE OIL with these pans. The smoke-point is too low and will damage your pan over time. Use vegetable or coconut oils instead. That's not a flaw of the pan per se, it's just chemistry of the materials.
