This is a lovely electric toothbrush set with quite a few features that will give it the edge over some of the big brand names out there.
The one I got is an unusual but attractive mint green colour as opposed to the usual black or white electric toothbrushes you get. This comes packed very nicely in a fairly attractive box along with accessories. These include a carrying case, a couple of brush heads and a charging lead. This toothbrush charges using a standard USB power source and has a USB C type connector on the brush itself. This is quite welcome as it is easier to use than the older connectors as it can be fitted either way up and it also opens up the possibility of faster charging.
On the subject of charging this toothbrush has one definite advantage over any others I've owned in the past and that is simply the exceptional battery life. A single 4 hour charge can provide it is claimed up to 6 months use before it needs to be charged again. Whether this is true or not I can't confirm at this point, but I do know that after a single charge out of the box it is still going strong without any sign of it running out of power.
The toothbrush is also certified waterproof so when you've finished brushing you can simply wash it under a running tap, the surface is also treated to make it mildew resistant, something I've never heard claimed by competitor products. The toothbrush is also very quiet in operation which is a nice surprise.
As already mentioned you get provided with a couple of brush heads and the toothbrush can use any heads made by the manufacturer regardless of which model you own. Whether it is compatible with other makers heads I'm not sure as to date I've had no need to change one.
The toothbrush also offers 3 different cleaning modes, 'Clean', 'White' and 'Soft', the first is the standard mode, 'White' is more vigorous and 'Soft' is equivalent of 'Sensitive' on other big brand models. Once you start using the brush it will run for the medical recommendation of 2 minutes and will every 30 seconds pause to remind you to change the zone of the mouth you are cleaning.
In use I found the brush to be very effective, as good as any others I've used including the big brand models. My teeth feel lovely and clean after running the standard 2 minute cycle, just like they do after you've been to a dentist or hygienist for a clean.
Finally I mentioned it comes with a carrying case, this is a nice grey colour leather type material (probably PU leather), nicely stitched and big enough to carry the toothbrush itself and all the standard accessories. This makes it ideal for travelling as you can simply slip it into your luggage. Overall this is a nice package and at a very competitive price for the quality you get.
