Didn’t want to go through the bother of returning since the actual product looked like it wasn’t tampered, and if it was, as Chandler said, soap is self-cleaning. Although I still hope it wasn’t used because that’s so unhygienic. The product itself seems good but only used it twice so far. It’s gentle and non stripping.

This is a mild foam doesn’t dry your skin while it could well clean. the foam is also rich, I only need 1 full pump. The reason that it is only second best because it leaves a little fake smooth feeling on my face, feels like silicone residue (not real silicone), I need to rinse more times to wash it away.
