Subscription service is great!
“I can certainly recommend the H&B subscription service. It’s one of the (relatively few) subscription services I’ve used which actually works properly - you get plenty of notice that your next order is due, which means plenty of time to make any changes, and then when payment is taken the order is always ready for collection really quickly. No fuss, no bother - a perfect service. As for the Biotin - I’m not sure I can comment, because your mileage may vary, and I certainly don’t feel appropriately qualified to recommend it. Taking supplements is a personal choice, and ideally that decision should be made in conjunction with a healthcare professional. Having said all that, my hair and nails both seem to be growing well at the moment, and the Biotin could have something to do with that…but then I’ve also increased the protein in my diet recently, and the change in weather could be a factor too, so who knows 😊”
