Great price and plenty of usesAnonymous reviewerI love the combination of black and white because it works with all kinds of furniture and decor and adds some pattern without being too much. The price is an additional plus. We bought a few of them and cut and hemmed the edges to create bespoke sizes to use as runner on the landing area, rugs near the beds etc.
The fabric is ok, not very sturdy but that was a plus for us when customising. It can stretch and the edges have not always been straight, but for the price, we were very happy.

Nope!Anonymous reviewerI suppose these are fine if you put them under a table or in a room you hardly use but they do not wash well at all. Not only do they shrink by at least 4 inches, they dry with big yellow patches. I've tried a short spin, a fast spin and drip dry, still got the patches and they need to be ironed when damp or they are just a crumpled rag on the floor. Bought them for the kitchen as I have dogs and thought they would be as good as the last washable cotton ones I bought which lasted for years. These just look awful and no longer fit the space they did before washing.

When is a rug not a rug?!Anonymous reviewerGood rug for price. But it doesn't have a rugs thickness or structure. Its more like a super thick piece of material. Good if you want to protect an exisiting carpet from dirt/spills/pets etc or if you want a cheap alternative to cover an old carpet. If you're using on wood/tiles etc then get the anti slip stuff or it will be moving about all over the place. Air before use if you can as they smelt a bit musty. This went away after a few days. It is also washable which is a bonus.

Great large rugAnonymous reviewerLarge in size. Nice colours. Perfect rug for what I needed it for. Tightly woven rug which makes it perfect to use for my rabbit indoor enclosure. This means they can chew at the fabric and rip holes in it as easily as with other rug styles. Can be machine washed too if needed.

Good for quick/temporary fixAnonymous reviewerBought two to quickly cover some old flooring for Christmas, initially looked great, apart from slight size discrepancy in the two. You do need to get the underneath anti-slip rug to limit the shifting/slipping. Washed them individually about 5 months later, followed washing instructions and they both shrunk. Won't wash them again because now they're too small for the space, so these will end up in the bin in a few months, unfortunately!

What is cotton?
Cotton is a practical and hardwearing natural material. It comes from the seed capsule of the cotton plant, which forms small wads when it blooms. Cotton rugs are easy to care for, because you can wash them in an ordinary washing machine and they can stand high temperatures. Cotton is heavy when wet, so it's important to check that your machine has enough weight capacity. It's also good to know that cotton may shrink, so you may have to stretch the rug a bit after you've washed it.
