I have used a few different types of collagen from garden of life and this is also a great collagen supplement if you are vegan. This has helped with joint recovery along with the additional benefits such has hair and skin looking healthy 

I tried this collegen builder for the first time recently and I'm so impressed with the results my skin experienced in a really short space if time. I believe the bioavailabilty is so good because its made from food but wow, I was shocked but it works beautifully. My skin , within a week / 10 days began to look brighter but noticeably fuller and much less " old" . It's given me back the elasticity in my skin. Not just on my face but all over my body. I’m 53 years old and due to menopausal issues decided to give this a go ( mainly thinning hair)I was a little dubious about taking a collagen supplement but the difference in skin hair and nails has been amazing. I’ve been taking them for about three months now and started to notice a huge difference in the last month. Nails are much stronger, hair thicker and skin clearer.
