In my opinion this is the best of the bars for taste and texture - it's also a perfect lunch when travelling or going to my hobby club!

Cereal bars
I always have a bar for breakfast especially the recent added protein chocolate bars. They are less gritty and more chewy and very satisfying so one does not feel peckish and tempted to visit the biscuit caddy. Sometimes I treat myself to half a bar with afternoon tea Good to know that Optifast provides all required vitamins minerals etc Have lost weight already (7lbs over 21days)

Excellent
This is my favourite of the three bars, simply because it is stated as the lowest calorie. They are all great tasting and filling and I usually have one a day out of my three "meals' (a chocolate one as a special treat once a week). I like the fact that they do need special care to eat slowly because of the hard texture - very clever!

Meal bar
On a positive note I have lost weight and have not felt Hungry However I found the bars far too sweet and like eating ground grit. I prefer a citrus flavour and would like some bars to be unsweetened.

Delicious bars

Substantial bars
These bars are very filling and taste good. Because they are so substantial they take a while to eat and you feel as if you have actually eaten something. Â

Cereal Meal Bars
These are chewy and filling and taste great. Probably my favourite out of all the bars. Feel healthy eating them and they are easy to take out and about and tasty enough to stop you getting tempted with something else. I am starting to lose weight, feel great, my blood pressure has returned to normal and no more horrible acid reflux. I have one shake a day and either one bar or the desert and one healthy meal either lunchtime or evening . Â

This is really good.
This bar is an excellent meal replacement. I also use it as a snack, just cut in half and reseal  packaging. Helps me keep my calories down.A good taste and fills one up.
