I suggest going at these with a pair of kitchen scissors to snip off the fatty bits-much easier than a knife. So easy to use in a curry or even to bake/roast. A regular order for our household.
But every now and again I get a pack with loads of fat and sinew. But they’re quite plump and tasty thighs.
Not bought this brand before but Ocado dont do a big pack of thighs so tried this one. Was shocked at size of thighs - as someone else mentioned, absolutely tiny and makes you think about the chickens these are from. Questioning the quality especially at £10/pack.
My 1kg pack contained 15 thigh fillets so they were more like pigeon legs. Being so small they must have been young chickens and the amount of fat on them was concerning and left me wondering if they had been fed to bulk them up. Not up to the usual standard unfortunately
Really good quality and can buy them in bigger packs for less money and freeze the leftovers
We have these every week to make different meals - curry, scrunchilados etc - I have never had a problem with them
